I’m not a big fan, I don’t have any favourite team but this is about to change. For the better I hope. Ok, maybe not jumping straight away into the BIG FAN category but maybe being one of the follower of this sport. So, Charyelle before you criticize me and telling me that I should have given you the ticket because I’m not a big fan, I’m telling you I’m moving IN-to that direction. Ok, that’s a lame try but yes, I had a good time in Sepang over the weekend. The atmosphere - Awesome, the fans - crazy, the thrill - to the max! It’s an adrenaline rush, you feel the tensity running through your veins, with bloodshot eyes I watched in awe!

Now, if Australia was a nightmare for Ferrari, Malaysia was a dream. Kimi Raikkonen toyed initially with polesitting team mate Felipe Massa, took the lead after their first pit stops, and sauntered into the distance to a victory that puts him back into contention for a second world title. Sepang was painted red as Ferrari won the race.

This is my first time being in Sepang International Circuit. The feeling was awesome. The travel method I’d say public transport is still the best because the jam and hassle going to that place especially on the race day itself can be very very frustrating. So, commuter and bus are still the better choice. We actually took a train to Nilai then from Nilai we board on a bus going to the circuit but it would be better if we would just use the shuttle bus from KL Sentral straight to the circuit because we don’t have to take all the trouble of transiting from train to the bus. This is my first time so I forgive myself for not doing enough research! - Fark! But then, That would be a disastrous trip because …

1. My favourite movie of all time is “You’ve Got Mail“
I always find myself amused by the way Tom Hanks play a character. In case you don’t know, Tom Hanks is one of my favourite actor. I’ve watched “You’ve Got Mail” for like a zillion times. I never got bored of it. I still laugh at it, I still enjoy the sentimental scenes and I do think that Tom and Meg Ryan look good together. I mean, they got that special kind of something between them, the chemistry. Apart from that I also enjoyed “Sleepless In Seattle” which also featured both of them. Another thing I found good about Tom Hanks is that when he act, he somehow brings romantic and comedy to another level. It’s not too much of a mushy mushy stuffs and the comedy is something I would like to say a brainy one. The comedy got essence in it and it’s not just some Tom, Dick & Harry hoo-haa thing like Ace Ventura which I consider so lame.

Tattoos are cool. I like tribal and angelic type of tattoos. Getting a tattoo is a little pricey nowadays but I’m looking forward to that. Hopefully I can add on my own design with some designs that I found on the net.

Cut the crap .. Actually was bored on Saturday. I asked Drumsticks out but she told me that she couldn’t make it. So, down to me and Bot Bongkersz. Why Bot? Botak, that’s why. Actually I was in the office a few hours before. There were some matters to be done. Well, new broom .. What to do?

When I arrived at Times Square the show was already started. I was looking for Mag and Pat. Didn’t managed to find em so I decided to just relax and enjoy a cup of Java Frapuccino. I knew that Traxx was going to have their On The Road show that day because of our dear Suituapui. He texted me a few days before and I asked him to remind me about the event because I am a busy man. I am a busy man, really .. see, no post for the past few days. That proves that I’m a busy man and not to mention poor too.

After almost an hour at Starbucks we decided to take a peek at the show. I saw Mag wondering around and Pat - Busy entertaining the girls. I got excited a bit. Maybe I was a little star strucked. Imagine meeting the person that you texted everyday at 32776, requesting for songs and dedications .. and there they were in front of my eyes. How could I not be star strucked?

Now, what do I have to do to get F1 tickets for free? Simple :

Buy a slurpee and come back to the station the fastest.

During briefing, see how excited I was? People say, “Nak seribu daya, Tak nak - Jangan Isap rokok“.

The moment NAVSTA & GREENMAN said “GO” … You can’t see me anymore. I was already there at 7E buying slurpee. The not so best thing is that I never buy slurpee before and I don’t know how either. I actually messed up the counter with green and yellow slime and I actually made the cashier a little nervous. I keep on saying,

“Come on boy, you can do better than that. I need to win this”

I saw another guy with slurpee running through the front door and damn I was still at the counter. I got panic attack. I grab my slurpees and ran as fast as I could. I saw the guy taking the left lane. I knew I can catch him up if I just go straight but the problem was I have to go through all the chairs and crowded starbucks and a car to get there. I took the path, heck I care. I saw a lady in front of me and I actually shouted at her :

“Get out of my way! I need to win this!”

Boy, you should’ve seen her face. I think she got a shock of her life seeing me running like a bulldozer trying to catch the guy in front of me. I guess ladyluck was on my side because they guy got pancit-ed and was grasping for breath at the very end of the race but I still have another huge obstacle in front of me, an auto bavaria. I said :

“Shit, I don’t care. I wanted this real bad and nothing can stop me now”

I pulled up all my energy and jumped over a car which was displayed in front of the main entrance and I almost stumbled but I keep my head cool, fixed my running and walaaa .. I got there first leaving the another guy dropping his jaw down. God, I can’t put it into words. I should’ve recorded everything on video, man. What a shame!

Whatever, at least I got what I wanted …

Ok guys, I’m really really sorry that for the past two days I’ve not been visiting blogs, not been entertaining comments on my blog. *sob* *sob* I know, it’s the first ultimate Blogmanmends :

I’ve been beary beary busy. You know, a bloggers nightmare is always when we can’t get online. It felt like .. God knows how it feels like! I think everything just came at the wrong time. I got an ad schedule to be up this week and it’s already been there as you can see on my sidebar. No post means no visits .. And some more this is my first ad request. Darn!

Today I woke up early despite sleeping around 2:00 AM. After breakfast I went out to check out my new office. It’s important to know the exact location because tomorrow I will have to be at work around 8:30 AM. I had a long walk … But to cut the story short I managed to find the place and I must tell you that in no time I will be super slim because to walk from the nearest monorail station to my office is quite a walk! - Suituapui said not far!

Whatever it is, tomorrow is a new day in a new place. I think I better sleep early …

In a few hours I will be flying off to KL. So in the meantime I’m writing this post to kill time. To be honest I have mixed feelings about this. Moving back to KL is another big decision that I have to make. But if it means for a better career path, yes it is indeed. It actually didn’t take me that long to decide on this. I was always waiting for this opportunity to come my way. It might not be the City of Angels that I’m entering but at least everything is here. All Malaysian dream - My ass!

Here I am and by Wednesday I will be donning a new responsibility in a new environment. Well, not in a surroundings that I’m not that fermilliar with but just different faces perhaps and also a new working culture. I can’t say for sure because moving to a new job can be a nerve-wracking experience. Let’s see how it goes.

What do I expect from all these?

A new blogging experience perhaps. Life in a new place, a new community as we all know that it is very much different from the life that I have back home. Big money at work, large transport network, wide range of entertainment and socializing opportunities. Big money is followed by high cost of living and closely followed by high Crime, large transport network is followed by traffic jams, wide range of entertainment is followed by sleep deprivation/stress and socializing opportunities is followed by picking up wrong friends. Well, everywhere is very much the same now. You wanna be a homie or a party animal, take your pick but what I know, it will be a new blogging experience.

This is what my music is all about …

Define happiness? Happiness is emotion in which one experiences feelings ranging from contentment and satisfaction to bliss and intense joy. Maybe a more clarified definition is almost impossible to conceive due to the capacity by which a human can allocate the exact words into an appropriate and meritable statement that would define happiness as a whole.

Happiness can mean different things to different people because for some reason some things which you find important and enriching in life would not be viewed in the same way as what the person next to you would feel about it. For example, for one person, it may mean being in a relationship, whereas for someone else it may mean feeling you have the ability to handle whatever life throws at you. Life’s tantrums can be so nasty sometimes. It’s very subjective in a way.

What makes me happy? That is the ultimate question that I’ve been trying to answer for the past 26 years but it seems like it is something that me myself finding it hard to get a grip on it. It has been a puzzle ever since but I can tell you how happy I am whenever I am making music.

It’s a passion. Something that can’t really be describe saying it but it does help by singing your heart out. So at that particular moment I am happy. I am happy whenever I sing, whenever I write my songs and whenever I play my music. This is just the type of feeling that I can’t describe. It’s superb.

When was the last time I ever felt so happy?

Well maybe the time that I graduated. I spent 5 years taking a 3 years course. I made it in the end. I’m so happy that finally, after 5 years, 5 wonderful years, I graduated and that’s another feeling I just can’t describe but I can just tell you how I am feeling after that. Maybe not so happy when it comes to work but then that’s life.

Maybe I am just happy when I am in love?

What is love? It is one of the most difficult questions for the mankind. Centuries have passed by, relationships have bloomed and so has love. But no one can give the proper definition of love. To some “Love is friendship set on fire” for others “Maybe love is like luck. You have to go all the way to find it”. No matter how you define it or feel it, love is the eternal truth in the history of mankind. Some say it’s mysterious, magical, complex, difficult, imaginary, thought-provoking, inspirational, intuitional, joyous, immeasurable, ecstasy, and undefinable. Perhaps.

Love is wanting the best for another. You love them so much, you happily give him/her to another, if the person can achieve the greatest spiritual, emotional and physical fulfillment with someone else. This is the opposite of jealousy that wants selfishly for our own needs rather than the best for the one we love. It made me happy …

I actually recorded a cover for estranged - Itu Kamu back a few months ago. I really like the song. it’s very very raw, just for fun so I put it up. Afiqme, put up some touches on it.

The track was originally recorded with Audacity. I mixed it back with little touch of compressor and EQ. Then I duplicate the track and pan the original track 50% left and the duplicated track 50% right. I add few reverb on the right track to make the sound brighter and alive.

It sounded pretty cool. Enjoy the song! Thanks bro!
