127“Just For Lefties - Rules Aren’t Always Right”

We were wandering around One Utama when suddenly Lily spotted a booth, a small but a cute one bearing the banner “Left Handers”. We were curious so we decided to take a peek.
Upon arriving at the booth, we were greeted by a nice and friendly lady who by then kind enough to explain to us what was the booth all about. The booth was set up by the Left-Handed Convenience and is also a one-stop centre that produces products and also daily equipe specifically for the lefties.
We all pretty much know that as a left-hander, you will face a lot of problems especially when it comes to uying stuffs like stationeries or cutlery as most of these stuffs are designed for right-handers and not lefties like Lily. So, somehow the store provide solutions for the lefties.
Just for your information, Lefties Day is celebrated every 13th of August of the year and it is celebrated all around the world. The Left-Hand Convenience was formed back in 1999 to create awareness of left-handedness in Malaysia. It was formed to help and also guide the lefties in whatever way that they could, including moral support and also information about left-handedness.
At the booth you can also find some games and also quizzes to test your abilities to the max. Lily and I tried a few games provided. There’s a lot of fun stuffs to be played at the booth.

The left-handed Convenience also had a membership drive where people can just sign up to get more information and to know what’s hot and what’s not in the lefties world. Lily signed up for the membership and I think it is a good to be educate in any way about left-handedness because some people just think that left-handedness is a disability which is kinda sad.
I have a friend who was born a leftie but the parents forced her to use right-hand instead. I personally do not agree with that but lucky for her, she turned out to be a superwoman because now she can do things with both hands and sometimes she forgot whether she is a leftie or a rightie. Doesn’t really matter now.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish al of the lefties in the world a happy lefties day! And to my baby, a BIG HUG and a KISS. Happy Belated Lefties Day! 사랑합니다!

i broke my left arm 2 times at the same place back in 1999. fracture at ulna and radius..hehe..my left arm is slightly not as effective and my right now.
